Eric L Hafferman

Eric graduated from Carthage College cum laude and obtained his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. During undergrad he played football and was a decathlete. Prior to law school, Eric became a certified private investigator.

He brings extensive experience representing all facets of workers’ compensation from small businesses, to global corporations, as well as insurance carriers. Whether litigation defense or settlement negotiations, Eric possesses the knowhow to effectively manage the claims process and the creative solutions to resolve disputes.

Eric is a long time Wisconsin resident and is married to Marie, they have three daughters. He frequently holds presentations for insurance carriers and workers compensation organizations
